Our courier pick up from our depot each day at 3.00pm , If you place an order after 3.00pm it will be processed the following day.
If there is no one at your address on the day of delivery then a yellow ticket will be left in your mailbox. Please allow 1 extra day for rural delivery.
If you boots are not comfortable or satisfactory on delivery. Please return them and request a new size or a refund.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
